Who handles the data

What we collect and why

Newsletter: your email address, language and sign-up date, only if you sign up and give your consent. We use them to tell you when the Kickstarter campaign launches and about important news on the game. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Contact form: name, email, role, a portfolio link if you give one, and the message. We use them only to answer you and, if you apply, to consider working together. Legal basis: your request.

We do not sell or give your data to anyone and do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the newsletter addresses. Resend forwards the contact form messages to our mailbox. Aruba provides the mailbox. These providers handle the data on our behalf; when data leaves the European Union (Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States), it does so with the safeguards the GDPR requires (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: as long as needed to answer and to handle any collaboration, 24 months at most.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics, and the fonts are served by the site itself, which is why there is no cookie banner. Cloudflare may use technical cookies needed for the site’s security.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your newsletter consent, by writing to info@reddojo.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
